How it works

1. You send us your practice name, city and website. That's all we need.
2. We run patient-style queries such as "emergency dentist in [your city]" and "dentist accepting new patients in [your city]".
3. We record which practices and sources come up. Where we have access to AI assistants, we capture their answers directly. Otherwise we use the web search results those assistants commonly draw on, and we label the report so you know which method was used.
4. We audit your website for the signals machines use to understand a local practice: schema.org Dentist markup, consistent name/address/phone, FAQ content, reviews, whether robots.txt lets AI crawlers like GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended in, and basic page speed.
5. You get a score and a prioritized fix list as a short web report you can forward to your web developer.

Scores are a snapshot. AI answers vary by phrasing, location and time, so treat the report as a diagnostic, not a guarantee.
