Privacy policy

Draft – have it reviewed before launch.

What we collect: the practice name, city, website and contact email you submit, and anything you write in the notes field.

How we use it: to run your check, send your report and reply to you. We don't sell your information.

What we look at: publicly available information only: search results, AI assistant answers and your public website. We don't need or want patient data; please don't send any.

Service providers: form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree or Web3Forms) and payments by Razorpay; they handle data under their own privacy policies. We never see your full card details.

Retention: we keep requests and reports for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
